The suspect crashed through a gate at the entrance and exit to the parking garage, and the suspect crashed to the ground.
Police then arrested Roosevelt Hardy.
"Come on, get up, get up," police said in the video. "He jumped this (gate) and broke it."
"No I didn't," he responded.
Court records show police believe Hardy robbed a downtown clothing store and "threatened that he had a firearm."
Cuyahoga County prosecutors have now indicted Hardy. He is pleading not guilty, but he may also have to explain what's on the video.
