Pamela's at Hotel Polaris
Open on Christmas Eve and day from 12 to 6 p.m.
Pamela's at the newly opened Hotel Polaris at the U.S. Air Force Academy will offer a five-course meal on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The meal includes options like espresso-crusted prime rib, mushroom risotto, and holiday-themed dessert.

Both restaurants will be open during regular hours on Christmas Eve and Day.
The Flying Horse Resort & Club's restaurants, Fortezza, and The Steakhouse, will be open to the public on Christmas Eve and day. Fortezza offers a breakfast menu in addition to a lunch and dinner menu featuring steak frites au poivre, miso salmon, and falafel tacos. The Steakhouse offers meals such as filet mignon, wagyu ribeye, and lamb rack.

Open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for dine-in and take-out on Christmas Eve and Day.
This Christmas, trade the traditional ham and mashed potatoes for a different cuisine. Shangri-La Restaurant will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for dine-in and takeout. Have your pick of classic Chinese cuisine including Szechuan pork, sweet and sour chicken, and mu shu beef.
