FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) -- A man was arrested after a family woke up and found him sleeping under their Christmas tree Tuesday morning in Fresno.
The Fresno Police Department says they were called out to a home on Sabre Avenue, near Clovis and Belmont Avenues, for reports of an unknown man found sleeping under the family's tree.
When officers arrived, they found the family waiting outside the home, and the man inside.
They were able to detain the man in his 50s without incident.
He was arrested for trespassing and possibly for probation violation.
He also had a bike with him and appears to be homeless.
Officers say the man got into the house through an unlocked back door.
