Memphis Police (MPD) previously reported that around 8:30 a.m. Nov. 29, a delivery driver was dropping off medicine to the pharmacy inside the Walgreens when two men armed with guns went up to her and said, "Stay right there. You better not move."
Court records allege that the men then grabbed several bins of medicine and took off. FOX13 previously talked to the delivery driver, who said none of the medicine were controlled substance.
Miller was arrested Tuesday for an unrelated carjacking, records show.
He later admitted to investigators his role in the Nov. 29 robbery at Walgreens, telling them that he was the driver of the getaway car and did it "to get money out of it," records show.
